【摘要】 目的研究胶体金免疫层析法用于鼠疫快速诊断的特异性。方法采用胶体金免疫层析测试条和鼠疫反向间接血凝试验(RIHA)平行检测。结果检测鼠疫菌F1抗原具有很强的特异性,不与包括小肠结肠炎和假结核耶尔森等其他细菌发生交叉免疫反应。结论该方法简便、快速、敏感,适合现场鼠疫监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effectiveness of gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA) was tested in parallel with reverse indirect hemagglutination(RIHA) for the detection of Yersinia pestis.A high specificity could be demonstrated by using GICA to test the F1 capsular antigen of Y.pestis without cross-reaction with other micro-organisms including Y.enterocolitics,Y.pseudotuberculosis etc.It was proved to be a simple,rapid,sensitive and specific method for the detection of Y.pestis and quite suitable for the field surveillance of plague.更多还原
