【摘要】 科技型中小企业是我国科技企业的重要组成部分,但由于现阶段科技型中小企业在融资观念、融资结构、融资方式、融资机制等方面存在诸多缺陷,致使其经济潜能不能充分发挥。鉴于此,近期应考虑在以下几个方面寻求改进:进一步明确政府在科技型中小企业融资体系中的职责;改革现行商业银行信贷管理方式;规范和发展证券市场,为其提供更广阔的融资空间;建立健全科学的风险投资运行机制,为其发展发挥更加重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology medium-and-small-sized enterprises are important components of science and technology enterprises in China.Due to the shortcomings in financing sense,financing structure,financing models and financing system,the economical potentiality have not been fully exploited.So that some improvement should been considered recently: the responsibility of the government in the financing system of science and technology medium-and-small-sized enterprises should be confirmed further,the credit management of the present commercial banks should be reformed,the security market should be developed and standardized so that more financing channels can be provided to the science and technology medium-and-small-sized enterprises.And the last but not the least,in order to make an important role in the development of science and technology mediumand-small-sized enterprises,scientific operating system of venture capital should be developed and strengthened.更多还原
