【摘要】 目的比较胆管空肠一层外翻吻合与后壁一层内翻吻合前壁单层外翻吻合两种手术的优缺点和对吻合后效果的影响。方法随机将需要行胆管空肠吻合术患者分为2组,分别采用胆管空肠一层外翻吻合术(观察组,9 5例)与后壁一层内翻吻合前壁单层外翻吻合术(对照组,9 2例)。比较和分析两种的吻合口大小、吻合时间、术后并发症及术后效果。结果观察组的吻合时间及术后效果优于对照组(P<0.0 5)而术后并发症两组无统计学差异。结论胆管空肠一层外翻吻合手术操作简单易行,手术时间短,且安全可靠,实为一种理想的吻合手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect,advantages and disadvantages of single-layer eversion(choledochojejunostomy) and posterior wall single-layer inversion and anterior wall single-layer eversion(choledochojejunostomy).Methods Patients who undergoing choledochojejunostomy were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group,95 cases,had single-layer eversion choledochojejunostomy; Control group,92 cases,had posterior wall single-layer inversion and anterior wall single-layer eversion choledochojejunotomy.The anastomotic stoma size,time to perform the anastomosis,post-operative complications and outcome of the 2 types of operation were compared and analyzed.Results The time to perform the anastomosis and the(post-operative) outcome of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),but postoperative complications between the 2 groups were not statistically different.Conclusions Single-layer eversion choledochojejunostomy is easy to perform,the operative time is short,and is a safe,reliable and(rational) anastomotic procedure.更多还原
