【Abstract】 Generally speaking,the females’ fate in Zhang Ailing’s novel is misery and lonely.This article tries to discuss the source of this fate of tragedy in several perspectives,from Zhang Ai-ling’s family background,life experience,etc.Through some typical female characters in her works,this article points out the sources of their tragedies are the followings: One is the human weakness,and the other is the expansion of human’s lust.更多还原
