【摘要】 学生教学信息员是高等教学质量监控体系中的一支重要队伍。该文首先从学生教学信息员身份的确立入手,对其工作内容进行了简要概括。进而探讨了队伍建设过程中包括学生教学信息员队伍归属、中心机构设立以及日常教学信息反馈制度、教师课堂教学质量学生评价制度、信息的调查与调研制度等管理体制的建设问题。最后对如何构筑全面、系统的开放性信息反馈平台与如何促进师生相互认同意识的培养,进行了简要分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Students’ teaching information staffs are very important in higher education teaching quality supervision system.This paper first discusses the identification of the students’ teaching information members and generalizes their tasks briefly,then explores the problems which could be met in the construction of supervision system,including the ownership of the students’ teaching information staffs,the establishment of the central organization,the feedback system of teaching information,the evaluation system of the quality in classroom teaching and the information investigation system.In the end,this paper analyzes how to construct the overall and systematic open information feedback platform and how to cultivate the consciousness of mutually approval of the students and teachers.更多还原
