【Abstract】 To expound the significance and essentiality of the standardized training of resident physicians,this paper summarizes the recent 10 years result and experience of the standardized training of resident physicians in our hospital, analyzes the existing contradictions and problems and puts forward the methods and measures to resolve them.Strengthening the standardized training of resident physicians is helpful for the acceleration of medical specialists’ cultivation and growth.It is also significant extraordinarily for promoting the quality of clinical medical staff and technical level of hospital medicine.更多还原
