【摘要】 本文通过对杭州市大学生勤工助学的调查,分析了大学生勤工助学的现状特征以及当前所存在的勤工助学在数量上不能满足学生需求,勤工助学在质量上不能满足学生需求,学校管理部门的工作不够到位等问题。同时,根据调查研究的结果提出建议:结合大学生特点,努力开拓勤工助学岗位;完善相关法规及校内规章制度,加强勤工助学管理;加强教育引导,充分发挥勤工助学的育人功能;大力推进勤工助学基地化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a survey of work-study program among college students in the city of Hangzhou.In view of the status of college students,work-study activities,several problems have been found.Both the quantity and quality of work-study occupational posts fail to meet the students’demands.Its management is not good enough.Based on the survey some suggestions have been put forward:developing more work-study posts according to the college students’characteristics;perfecting correlated laws and regulations;strengthening its management;making good use of the educational function of work-study program;making efforts to enhance the construction of work-study base.更多还原
