双6-氧■3-间硝基苯磺酰基-丁二酸-1,4-单酯-4■β-环糊精的合成及模拟抗坏血酸氧化酶
Synthesis of Bis6-Oxygen■3-m-Nitrobenzene Sulfonyl-Succinic Acid-1,4 Monoester-4■β-CD and Mimic Ascorbic Oxidase
【摘要】 为建立更多更好的模拟酶定量测定方法,用β-环糊精、马来酸酐、间硝基苯磺酰氯和三氯化铁反应,合成了双6-氧3-间硝基苯磺酰基-丁二酸-1,4-单酯-4β-环糊精.F e3+配合物,以此配合物与H2O2形成复合物,模拟抗坏血酸氧化酶,将抗坏血酸催化脱氢生成脱氢抗坏血酸.在最佳条件下,催化反应可在3m in内反应完全.初速度显示出良好的线性,模拟酶催化速率较快,为下一步用此模拟酶测定相关物质含量提供了可能.
【Abstract】 In order to set up a better method for detecting substract with a mimic enzyme,a new β-cyclodextrin derivative was synthesized from βcyclodextrin,maleic anhydride and m-nitrobenzene sulfonyl chloride.A new mimic ascorbic acid oxydase can be constructed by the β-cyclodextrin derivative,iron trichloride with hydrogen peroxide solution.In the best condition,the substance can be completely catalysed by this mimic enzyme within 3 min.The initial velocity is better linear to the concentration.The mimic enzyme can be more effective in reaction and provides posibility for detecting content of substract next step.
