(PPh3)2PdCl2/CuI催化合成4-硝基苯乙炔
Synthesis of 4-Nitrophenylacetylene Catalyzed by(PPh3)2PdCl2/CuI
【摘要】 为寻求更为实用的硝基苯乙炔的制备方法,在(PPh3)2PdC l2/Cu I催化下,由4-溴硝基苯和2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇反应生成2-甲基-4-(4-硝基苯)-3-丁炔-2-醇,再经N aOH的甲苯溶液回流得到4-硝基苯乙炔.催化剂用量仅为4-溴硝基苯的0.05%(以摩尔计),总收率为87%。产物经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振等表征.
【Abstract】 In order to seek more practical method,4-nitrophenylacetylene was synthesized via the reaction 4-bromonitrobenzene with 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol in the presence of bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium chloride and cuprous iodide, followed by refluxing with sodium hydroxide in toluene.The quantitative of catalyst was only 0.05 percent of 4-nitrophenylacetylene(counted in mole),with an overall yield of 87%.The product was characterized by element analysis and the spectra data of IR and 1H NMR.
