【摘要】 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收法检查硫酸铜中的铅盐。方法检测波长为283.3 nm,灯电流为9.0 mA,狭缝宽度为1.3 nm。结果Pb在10.0~100.0μg.L-1线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 6,平均加样回收率为97.82%(RSD=0.8%,n=9)。结论方法简单、灵敏度高、结果准确,可用于检查硫酸铜中的铅。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a GFAAS method for the determination of trace Pb in Cupri Sulfas.METHODS The detection wavelength was 283.3 nm,the electric current of the light was 9.0 mA,and the slit-width was 1.3 nm.RESULTS The good linear relation was shown at 10.0～100.0 μg·L^-1 by GFAAS with a regression coefficient of 0.998 6.The average recovery was 97.82%（RSD=0.8%,n=9）.CONCLUSIONS It can be used for the quality control of Cupri Sulfas.The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.更多还原
