【摘要】 目的考察盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液与异烟肼注射液配伍稳定性。方法在25℃、37℃条件下6 h内,观察盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液与异烟肼注射液配伍后其外观、pH的变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星和异烟肼的含量。结果配伍液在6 h内其外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论在25℃、37℃条件下6h内盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液与异烟肼注射液配伍基本稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the compatibility stability of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection with isoniazid injection.METHODS The contents of levofloxacin and isoniazid were detected by UV spectrophotometry and the appearance change and pH values were observed after both drugs were mixed within 6 h under(25 ℃) and 37 ℃.RESULTS These parameters of the mixed solution showed no significant change within 6 h.CONCLUSIONS It is stable within 6 h under(25℃) and 37 ℃after the drugs were mixed.更多还原
