【Abstract】 This study investigates the mental health conditions of female teachers in higher institutions.Two hundred teachers participate in the survey and are tested on the measurements Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire and Self-rating Symptom Scale respectively.The results indicate that female teachers differ from male teachers in terms of 5 factors,showing significant differences from norms with respect to personal relations and bigotry.It is concluded that female teachers are relatively self-abashed and anxious with a low level of mental health conditions.Based on the above analysis this paper presents relevant strategies to help improve the mental health of the female teachers.更多还原
