【Abstract】 Objective To establish a quality model for the president of township hospital in the new century.Methods All of the presidents working in 1320 township hospitals were investigated by a questionnaire.Results The quality model of the president of township hospital could be constructed by three dimensions including knowledge,skill and personality attitude and eleven aspects.Conclusion The quality model set up in the study could be used to select,train and improve the quality for the president working for the township hospitals.更多还原
