【摘要】 目的:调查并分析广东省乡镇卫生院院长对继续教育的意见与建议;方法:对广东省21个地市1 320个乡镇卫生院全部正、副院长进行信访问卷调查;结果:广东省乡镇卫生院院长对业务与管理知识的继续教育有很高的诉求,但在具体内容和形式上各地区有一定差别;结论:乡镇卫生院院长的继续教育应纳入规范化渠道,严格控制短期培训的数量与质量,鼓励院长参加学历教育,对粤北地区和东西两翼地区的乡镇卫生院院长接受继续教育给与一定优惠政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the opinions and suggestions from the presidents of township hospitals about the continued education.Methods All of the presidents working in 1320 township hospitals were investigated by a questionnaire.Results The presidents of township hospitals have a high demand for continued education of medical sciences and management skills.Difference is found in different areas.Conclusion Continued education for the presidents working in the township hospitals should brought into standardized channel.It is necessary to control the quality of continued education and encourage the presidents to get formal school education.The related department needs to focus on the favorable policy to give more chances of education for the presidents working for the hospitals located in the remote areas.更多还原
