【摘要】 采用形态学和解剖学方法研究了蕨麻(PotentillaanserinaL)形态结构及其与生存环境的关系:蕨麻为多年生草本,茎匍匐莲座状,奇数羽状复叶,具绒毛,块根呈棒状、球状或纺锤状;解剖结构发现,叶片内栅栏组织与海绵组织的比值较高,匍匐茎的横切面具有较发达的髓部及皮层厚角组织,维管组织排列紧密形成一圈“圆筒状”结构,维管组织与基本组织的比率较小;块根在发育的初期具有类似“年轮纹路”的多层同心圆结构,当年产生,当年充实。其形态和解剖特征属典型的旱生结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juema (Potentilla anserina L.) is a unique natural germplasm resource of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and also officinal and edible plant,which is planted widely in high altitude area.A combination of morphology and anatomy was employed to investitate the character of Juema(Potentilla anserina L.) and the connection with its existent environment,the result as follows:Juema is perennial herbage,the stolons cling to odd-pinnate leaf with floss in back,the root tuber figure is spindle,globosity or stick,and so on.More palisade mesophyll than spongy mesophyll was observed in microstructure of leaf,pith tissue and pidermic collenchyma are developed in the stem transverse section of the stolon,vascular tissue arrange tightly to form circuit shape like cylinder,the ratio of vascular tissue to ground tissue is less.Its root tuber has multilayer concentric circularity similar to "annual ring lines" at the initial stages of development,and grows and enriches at the same year.The morphology and anatomy characteristic of Juema is typical drought xero-structure.更多还原
