【摘要】 椪柑无菌苗上胚轴为实验材料进行离体培养,研究了不同种类的激素及其组合对椪柑上胚轴出芽及再生芽生根的影响。结果表明:在MT+6-BA2mg/L培养基上,上胚轴垂直接种时,出芽率可达100%。在MT培养基上单独使用ABA0.2mg/L、GA30.4mg/L或GA30.4mg/L+6-BA2mg/L对芽再生均有一定的抑制作用,但ABA0.2mg/L+6-BA2mg/L则对芽再生有一定的促进作用。1/2MT+NAA0.5mg/L对再生芽生根效果最好,生根率为87.5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied effects of different hormones and combination on buding and rootting of Citrus reticulata Blanco epicotyl in tissue culture.The results showed 100% buding ratio in MT+6-BA2mg/L when epicotyl was vertical inserted.The buding was restrain in MT medium with only ABA0.2 mg/L,GA30.4 mg/L and GA30.4 mg/L+6-BA2 mg/L.But buding was promoted in MT medium with ABA0.2 mg/L+ 6-BA2 mg/L.The rootting was the best(87.5% rootting ratio ) in 1/2MT+NAA0.5 mg/L.更多还原
