【Abstract】 The study purpose: In order to offer a kind of thinking for improving the land expropriation institution and protecting the interests of peasants, this article analyzed the feasibility that carrying out shareholding with land rights and interests in the mercantile constructive land expropriation compensation and the conditions that carrying out this compensation manner must be provided with.Main research approach: Methods of documents and theoretical analysis are applied. The conclusion: It is feasible to carry out shareholding with land rights and interests in the mercantile constructive land expropriation compensation by analyzing from theory?legal basis?demands of corporation?demands of peasant and government.
