【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the current status and problems of the cooperation and development on agricultural sci-tech between two sides of straits. Some countermeasures about the two-way communication of cooperation and development on agricultural sci-tech between two sides of straits in future were elaborated, which include many aspects such as policy, technique, manpower, resources, information, service system and agricultural engineering and so on. An effective way for further co-constructing cooperative mechanism on agricultural sci-tech with harmonious and double-win between two sides of straits was pointed out.更多还原
