RAPD技术在花卉育种中的应用
RAPD Technique and Its Application to Flower Breeding
【摘要】 从品种鉴定、系统分类、种质资源研究、遗传多样性分析、亲缘关系分析、基因定位和遗传图谱构建等方面系统阐述了随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)在花卉育种研究中的应用,并对RAPD技术的优缺点和今后的应用进行了阐述与展望。
【Abstract】 The application of RAPD to flower breeding including cultivar identification, classification, germplasm, analysis of genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship, gene location and construction of genetic map is elaborated in the paper. The excellence and defect of RAPD technique are explained and its prospects of application are put forward.
