一种快速分析香蕉果实采后mRNA水平变化的新方法
Analysis for Rapid Quantification of Total RNA from Postharvest Banana Fruits
【摘要】 采用SMARTPCRcDNA合成与计算机软件相结合的方法,快速分析香蕉果实采后mRNA水平的变化。在28℃条件下分别将处于同株同穗同梳相邻位置的香蕉果实放置24、48、72h。应用这种方法对其总mRNA水平进行了分析,结果表明,香蕉采后48h时,与采后0h相比,mRNA水平最高。该方法由于使用了计算机软件TheScionImage,可对cDNA电泳图进行数字化分析,具有用材少,敏感性高,快捷方便等特点,特别适用于对较多样品进行分析。
【Abstract】 In this study we combined SMART PCR cDNA synthesis and digital image analysis for rapid quantification of mRNA in postharvest banana fruits which were put in at 28℃ for 24, 48 and 72 hours. It suggested the mRNA level reached highest at 24 hours. Our study showed that this method had some advantages in material usage, sensitivity, easy and convenience because of using the Scion Image.
