壳聚糖对奶牛隐性乳房炎血清蛋白质的影响

【摘要】 为研究壳聚糖对隐性乳房炎奶牛血清蛋白质含量的影响,选择体重、胎次、泌乳期、泌乳量相近的隐性乳房炎奶牛30头,随机分成5组,每组6头。组成对照组和试验1、2、3、4组。每天在各组奶牛的基础日粮中分别添加0g、10g、20g、40g、80g壳聚糖,连续饲喂两周,每周每头定期采集静脉血约10ml,测定血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白的含量。结果表明,试验1、2组血清总蛋白和白蛋白有升高趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05),而3、4组均显著升高(P<0.05),其中试验4组总蛋白差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:壳聚糖能够提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白的含量,有利于恢复患病奶牛的血浆胶体渗透压,增强机体抗病能力,促进康复过程。其用量以40 ̄80g/(d·头),持续两周以上为宜。

【Abstract】 Purpose: Test the effect of chitoan on the serum protein of cows with sub clinical Mastitis. Method: Thirty cows which were similar in weight,gravid,location period and the quantity of lactation were selected for the experiment. They were divided at random into 5 groups with 6 cows in each group. The five groups were the contort group, group1, group2, group3 and group4. They were fed with 0g, 10g, 20g, 40g and 80g chitosan in the basic feed everyday, respectively, and the contents of total protein, albumin and globulin were measured. Result: The content of total protein and albumin in group1 and 2 were increased, but it was not significant (p>0.05), while those in group3 and 4 were significantly increased (p<0.05). Among them, the content of total protein in group 4 was extremely significant (p<0.01). Conclusion: The use of chitosan can raise the content of total protein and albumin in serum. It can attribute to the restore of the sick cows, and its’ bodily to resist illness and advance its recovering process. The most efficient prescription is 40~80g chitosan/d per cow and the treatment must last for more than two weeks.
