【摘要】 通过室内孢子萌发试验和盆栽试验测定了丁布对小麦条锈病菌的活性。结果表明,当浓度为1.0mg/ml时,丁布对小麦条锈病菌的孢子萌发具有抑制作用,抑制率可达79.31%;当浓度为0.6～0.8mg/ml时,抑制率为32.67%～44.08%;盆栽试验结果表明,浓度在0.2～1.0mg/ml范围内,丁布对小麦条锈病有保护作用和治疗作用,其保护作用大于治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The result of the bioassay against Puccinia striiformis f·sp·tritic showed that DIMBOA would have effect on inhibiting the germination of the sporangium. At 1.0mg/ml concentration, its inhibiting rates can reach 79.31%; at 0.6~0.8mg/ml concentration, its inhibiting rates can reach 32.67%~44.08%. The pot experiment showed that DIMBOA has protective efficacy and therapeutic efficacy at 0.2~1.0mg/ml concentration; and its protective efficacy are better than therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
