蝴蝶兰试管苗驯化及移栽技术研究

【摘要】 过渡培养、炼苗处理和移栽基质对蝴蝶兰组培苗移栽成活影响很大,试验结果表明:采用无激素和低蔗糖浓度10g/L的过渡培养基进行过渡培养能够提高组培苗移栽成活率,比对照提高12.5个百分点;苔藓作为栽培基质移栽成活率最高;室内炼苗3d+室外炼苗3d这种方式更有利于移栽,移栽成活率达90.0%,不炼苗的移栽成活率较低,只有65.5%。

【Abstract】 The transition medium, exercising seedlings and transplanting basis affected the transplanting surviving ratio of Phalaenosis .The results showed that the transplanting survived ratio of Phalaenosis increased 12.5% than the contrast adopting the transition medium with 10g/L sucrose and no hormone. The surviving ratio was top using lichen as basis. The method, exercising seedlings 3 days both indoor and outdoor respectively, was propitious to transplant, which made the surviving ratio reach to 90.0%. At the same time the surviving ratio was only 65.5%, not exercising seedlings.
