【摘要】 通过2003—2005年在河南黄河滩区进行的生物农药防治东亚飞蝗药效试验结果表明,20%杀蝗绿僵菌ULV对东亚飞蝗具有良好的防治效果,400～500ml/hm2药后15d的平均校正防效达98%以上,与对照药剂0.4%锐劲特(Regent)ULV和75%马拉硫磷(Malathin)ULV1500ml/hm22个处理的防效相当,且对田间主要天敌蜘蛛、步甲、蚂蚁等影响很小,对生态环境无毒副作用,符合环保和蝗区生物多样性的要求,具有广阔的推广应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the effect test of the biocide which specialize in eliminating "Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen" in Yellow-River beach area Zhong Mu County Henan Province between 2003 and 2005,the result clearly indicates:20% of Metarhizium ULV eliminating locusts is particularly effective of eliminating "Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen". 15 days after using the biocide with capacity of 400~500ml/hm2, average rectified eliminate rate is even higher than 98%, compared with the biocides 0.4% of Regent ULV and 75% of Malathin ULV with capacity of 1500ml/hm2, the result of effects are the same; moreover, the former has very little negative effect on "Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen" s natural enemies such as spiders, beetles & ants; further more, it has no negative effect on environmental factor as well, just according with environmental protection and the demand of bio-diversification of the locust perching area.
