【Abstract】 In china,the sustainable development of agriculture is restricted by the coexistence of scarcity and waste of water resources,so intensive utilization of water resources is essential,and the adoption of water-saving technique is the only way out for realization of intensive utilization. Water-saving technique adoption by farmers is the reasonable choice if we consider the farmer’s economic return,technology condition,and institutional system synthetically.So the government should issue motivation and incentive for water-saving technique adoption from the aspects of technique supporting,government behavior and market environment.更多还原
