基于嵌入式TCP/IP协议的潜水排污泵群远程监控系统

【摘要】 潜水排污泵广泛应用于污水处理、市政、纺织、印染、造纸、食品加工、农田排灌等多个领域,应用环境的恶劣要求它具有高度的安全可靠性和控制保护的实时性、智能性。C8051F020与RTL8019AS分别是一种高速SoC单片机和一种成熟的以太网控制芯片。在分析二者功能和特点的基础上,提出了以它们为核心、通过简化的TCP/IP协议实现潜水排污泵群远程监控的软硬件方法,指出该系统具有实时化、智能化,界面友好、可视性强,能摆脱监控系统现场对计算机环境要求的限制等优点,因此具有良好的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 Submerged sewage pumps are widely used in the disposal of sewage and industrial waste,municipal works,textile,printing and dyeing,paper producing,food processing,and farmland drainage.High safety,and real-time and intelligent control are required because of its bad working environment.C8051F020 and RTL8019AS are a kind of high speed SoC SCM and Ethernet control chip,respectively.This paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of them.The method of designing the software and hardware of remote monitoring system of submerged sewage pumps through simplified TCP/IP protocol using them is given.The system has many advantages such as real-time,intellectualized,friendly interfaces,high visualization,and it can also extricate the monitoring system from environmental limit in on-site uses,so it has good application prospects.
