超滤祛除红景天葡萄酒中苦涩味
Bitterness elimination of rhodosin grape wine by ultra-filtration
【摘要】 采用超滤的方法将自制红景天甙粗品的水溶液在20℃、压力差为0.10MPa、透过通量为2700mL/(m2.h)条件下,中空纤维超滤膜组件超虑,滤液经减压蒸干,溶于葡萄酒中,红景天甙含量达4254mg/L,无苦涩味。
【Abstract】 The solution of self-made salidroside was ultrafiltrated with hollow-fiber membrane module.The operating conditions were: the temperature 20℃,the transmembrane pressure 0.10 MPa,and the permeation flux 2700 mL/(m2 ·h).The filtrate was vaporized under lower pressure,and then the obtained product was dissolved into grape wine.The concentration of salidroside was 4254 mg/L without bitterness.
