【摘要】 介绍了影响棉花散纤维耐洗牢度和湿摩擦牢度的各种因素,提出了改善棉花散纤维染色牢度的有效途径和相应措施。提高耐洗牢度可采取选用高力份、高提升性、高固色率和直接性适中的活性染料,选用新型高效皂洗剂及合适的皂洗法,使用软水染色,加渗透剂和固色剂等措施;提高湿摩擦牢度从选用质量较好的原棉,加强原棉前处理,使用疏水性较强和手感柔软的硅油柔软剂及选用湿摩擦牢度增进剂等方面入手。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the factors influencing the color fastness to washing and wet color fastness to rubbing of dyed cotton, and puts forward the effective approaches and measures of fastness improvement. For the improvement of color fastness to washing, it is better to select the reactive dye with high strength, high building up properties, high fixation yield and moderate substantivity, select new type of high efficient soaping agent and suitable soaping approach, employ the soft water to dyeing process, and apply penetrating agent and fixing agent. And in order to improve the wet color fastness to rubbing, it is feasible to select better quality of raw cotton, enhance the pretreatment of raw cotton, employ the silicone oil softener with high hydrophobicity and soft hand, and apply the promoting agent for the wet color fastness to rubbing.更多还原
