化学试剂对纺织用纤维素酶性能的影响

【摘要】 采用CMC酶活法和减量法相结合,对金属离子、有机物、表面活性剂和溶液体系等进行研究,分析其对酶活性的影响,结果表明:Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Co2+、Zn2+等离子能明显激活纤维素酶,但超过有效浓度后会抑制酶的活性;含Cu2+、Mn2+、Ag+等离子的重金属盐是纤维素酶的抑制剂;甲醇、乙醇是纤维素酶的抑制剂,但柠檬酸、甘油、山梨醇等有机物则对纤维素酶起活化作用;离子型表面活性剂易与酶结合,降低了酶与纤维素的结合机会,导致减量率下降,而非离子表面活性剂对纤维素酶有一定的促进作用;纤维素酶整理的溶液最好选择缓冲体系,未经处理的自来水会影响织物整理效果。

【Abstract】 Through the combined method of CMC cellulase activation and deweighting process, this paper analyzes the influence of the metal ion, organic substance, surface active agent and solution systems on the activity of cellulase. The results show that the metal ions including Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Co2+ and Zn2+ can activate the cellulase evidently, but will restrain the activity of cellulase if the effective concentration is exceeded; the heavy metal salts including Cu2+, Mn2+, Ag+ and so on will restrain the activity of cellulase; the carbinol and ethanol are the restraint agent to the activity of cellulase, but the organic substances including the citric acid, glycerol, the natural pear alcohal, and so on can activate the cellulase; the ion type surface active agent is easy to combine with cellulase, thus decreasing the possibility of enzyme′s combination with cellulose and leading to the decrease of deweighting rate, but the non-ionic surface active agent has a positive effect to cellulase; it is best to choose the buffer solution for the cellulase treatment, and the tap water without any treatment can influence the treatment effect.
