【摘要】 本文利用笔者2006年于山东、安徽、四川三省所作的实际调查数据,系统地探讨了中国农村人力资本对非农收入的影响。在考虑样本选择问题的前提下,本文采用Heckman备择模型估计了不同人力资本指标及个人特征变量对非农收入的影响。回归结果表明,教育、培训、专业技能、经验等人力资本变量对非农收入都有显著的影响。健康对非农收入的影响虽然不十分显著,但其对于非农就业的作用不容忽视,这些结果说明,增加人力资本积累对于农民提高非农收入具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using data collected from the questionnaire survey of farmer in Shandong, Anhui and Sichuan province in 2006, this paper discusses the influence of China rural human capital on farmer non-agricultural income in detail. Given the bias selection, Heckman model is used as main analyzing tool. Model estimates the impact of different human capital variables and individual character variables on non-agricultural income. Regression result indicates that education, vocation training, profession skill, experience play significant roles in increasing non-agricultural income. Health variable doesn’t show statistical significance, But its effect on non-agricultural employment is without question. These results show human capital accumulation has important roles on enhancing farmer income.更多还原
