【摘要】 目的:了解碳酸锂对抗精神病药所致白细胞降低的疗效。方法:1995年1月~2002年1月住院男性病人服用抗精神病药所致白细胞降低21例,加用碳酸锂0.25g,2次/d,口服或0.5~0.75g/d,每晚口服。结果:治愈16例(76.2%);显著进步2例(9.5%);进步1例(4.8%);无效2例(9.5%)。无效者中1例为合并急性粒细胞性白血病,1例为合并肝炎、肝硬化。结论:碳酸锂对精神药物所致白细胞降低者有良好的疗效,并有显效快、副反应低、用药量低的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understant the efficacy of lithium carbonate in cure low leucocyte amount due to psychotic drugs.Methods:21 inpatients with low leucocyte amount due to psychotic drugs was treated with lithium carbonate when the leuco-Cyte amount is lower than normal,the dosage is between 0.5～0.75 per day.Results: The cure rate is 76.2%,markedprogress rate is 9.5%,progress rate is 4.8%,2 cases no respose to lithium carbonate.make up 9.5% of the total,one patient is complicated by acute granulocytic leukemia and the other is accompany with hepatitis and cirrhosis of liver.Conclusion:Lithium carbonate have good efficacy to low leucocyte amount due to psychotic drugs.and it produce an instant effect and lowside effec.the low dosage is used.更多还原
