【摘要】 目的:了解阿立哌唑替换氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的有效性和安全性。方法:将氯氮平治疗4周疗效好转及以下的精神分裂症患者,共60例,随机分为阿立哌唑组和氯氮平组,疗程8周。用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),大体评定量表(GAS),临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CG I-SI)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组间疗效差异无显著性,阿立哌唑组无严重不良反应。结论:阿立哌唑替换氯氮平治疗精神分裂症安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic and side effects of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenic patients who has response to clozapine.Methods:Sixty schizophrenic patients were treated with aripiprazole in place of clozapine.The efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),global assessment scale(GAS) and clinical global impression scale(CGI-SI),while the adverse events were determined by the treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS).Results: There were no significantly differences in therapeutic and side effects between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: It is suggested that aripiprazole in place of clozapine is effective exactly in the treatment of schizophrenic patients.更多还原
