【摘要】 目的:观察抑郁症经氟西汀治疗无显著疗效改用文拉法辛治疗疗效。方法:将经氟西汀治疗6~8周无显著疗效的60例抑郁症患者随机分成两组。分别给予文拉法辛及氟西汀治疗8周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表进行评分比较。结果:文拉法辛组有效率显著高于氟西汀组。结论:文拉法辛对经氟西汀抗抑郁剂治疗无显著疗效者具有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Venlafaxine in the treatment of depressive patients who cured by Fluoxetine but had no obvious effect.Methods:Sixty patients who had been cured by Fluoxetine by 6-8 weeks but had no obvious effect were randomly divided into Venlafaxine group and Fluoxetine group respectively for 8 weeks.The efficacy was assessed by Hamillon depression rating scale(HAMD).Results: The effective rate of Venlafaxine group was higher than of Fluoxetine group.Conclusions: Venlafaxine has obvious effect in the treatment of depressive patients who cured by Fluoxetine but had no obvious effect.更多还原
