【摘要】 目的:观察后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术的手术方法及疗效。方法:观察22例(23眼)手术结果随访1-12个月。结果:术后视力≥0.5者72%。并发症主要为人工晶体偏心和倾斜。结论:后房型人工晶体双襻缝线固定术,对于无后囊膜或后囊膜破裂者是一种可行有效的术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods:25 eyes of 24 cases were observed during the following-up of 1-12 momhs.Results: The visual acuity without correction was 0.5 or better in 18 eyes(72.0%).The complication included the lens tilt and decentration.Conclusions: Our results showed that two sutures fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was feasible and effecive in the cases without posterior capsule or with posterior capsular rupture.更多还原
