【摘要】 目的:评定精神病人治疗前后应用SCL-90症状自评量表,对比分析其评分变化,了解其在精神病人中的应用价值。方法:通过对32例住院精神病人治疗前后使用SCL-90评分进行对比研究。结果:患者在治疗前后SCL-90各项分值除抑郁外均有差异,而且具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:SCL-90量表对精神病人治疗前后自知力判断有临床价值,可以作为精神病人治疗前后判断自知力、评价病情严重程度、治疗效果的一项检查工具,有应用价值。更多还原
