【摘要】 目的:调查社区养老与家庭养老的老年人心理健康状况。方法:随机抽取70岁以上,不与子女同住的家庭养老的老人220名;随机抽取社区养老院或敬老院中70岁以上,自筹费用的老人220名,用SCL-90评价。结果:社区养老与家庭养老的老年人在强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子分上具有显著性差异。结论:社区养老与家庭养老的老年人需要更多的关爱,改善心理健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mental health situation of the old benefiting to the aged in community geracomium or in home.Methods:To evaluate the aged(n=220,F:M=1.1)living in the community geracomium by SCL-90.Results:There is obvious difference between theese two groups in the depression factor,anxiety factor,rivalry factor and paranoid factor.Conclusions:The old benefiting to the aged in community and in home should be given more care for in order to improve the mental health.更多还原
