【摘要】 目的:探讨外周血细胞浆中的细胞因子在重型再障患者中的差异表达。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测正常人和重型再障患者外周血细胞浆中的细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α的表达情况。结果:重型再障患者IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNFα表达显著增高,IL4、IL10表达无显著性变化。经判别分析显示,与再障发病关系密切的因子依次为TNFα、IL-12、IL-2,并建立判别函数式。结论:IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、TNF-α为造血负调控因子,参与了再障的发病机制。IL4、IL-10与再障的发生关系不密切。TNFα表达增强与再障的发病最为密切,其次为IL-12,再次为I-L2。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the differential expression of cytokines in cytoplasm from peripheral blood cell in severe aplastic anemia(SAA).Methods:IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IL-12,IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha of cytoplasm in peripheral blood cell in severe aplastic anemia and normal control were detected by flow cytometry.Results:The expression of IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ and TNF-α were significantly higher in SAA, but significant changes of IL-4 and IL-10 in SAA patients were not found. Differential expression of the cytokines by Stepwise Discriminant Analysis indicated only three index of TNF-α,IL-12 and IL-2 were closely related with SAA, and the equation was established.Conclusion:IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ and TNF-α are participated in pathogenesis of SAA, which regarded as helplymphatic inhibitory factor. IL-4 and IL-10 are not closely related to SAA. The over-expression of TNF-α is the most closely related to SAA, the second is IL-12 and the third is IL-2.更多还原
