必克杀虫乳油防制蚊、蝇和蜚蠊的室内药效观察

【摘要】 目的测定10%必克杀虫乳油对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊为试验对象,对10%必克杀虫乳油进行室内药效、模拟现场药效和滞留喷洒药效测定。结果该杀虫剂室内药效对淡色库蚊的KT50值为2.40 min,24 h死亡率为100%;对家蝇的KT50值为2.81 min,24 h死亡率为100%;对德国小蠊的KT50值为4.67 min,72 h死亡率为100%。模拟现场对淡色库蚊1 h击倒率为100%,24 h的死亡率为100%;对家蝇1 h击倒率为98.03%,24 h的死亡率为100%;对德国小蠊1 h击倒率为95.00%,72 h的死亡率为100%。滞留喷洒以50 mg a.i/m2剂量在玻璃板面、清漆木板面和水泥板面的持效期分别达90、60和45 d。结论该药剂对3种卫生害虫具有良好的速杀和持效作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of emulsifiable concentrate against Culex pipiens pallens,Musca domestica vicina and Blattella germanica in lab.Methods The laboratory efficacy test,the analogous site efficacy test and the forcing-contact method efficacy test had been done against Culex pipiens pallens,Musca domestica vicina and Blattella germanica.Results Laboratory efficacy test showed that KT50 of the insecticide was(2.40 min) and(24 h) mortality was 100% against Culex pipiens pallens;KT50 of the insecticide was(2.81 min) and(24 h) mortality was 100% against Musca domestica vicina;KT50 of the insecticide was(4.67 min) and(72 h) mortality was 100% against Blattella germanica.Mimic field efficacy test showed that(1 h) knock down rate was 100% and(24 h) mortality was 100% against Culex pipiens pallens;(1 h) knock down rate was(98.03%) and(24 h) mortality was 100% against Musca domestica vicina;(1 h) knock down rate was 95% and(72 h) mortality was 100% against Blattella germanica.On the glass surface of the three,the efficacy was the best,the long-lasting efficacy was over 90 days for the three insects.Conclusion 10% emulsifiable concentrate had good efficacy against Culex pipiens pallens,Musca domestica vicina and Blattella germanica.
