长春市家栖鼠传播肾综合征出血热调查

【摘要】 目的通过分析长春市家栖鼠传播肾综合征出血热(HFRS)特征,为科学指导HFRS防制提供依据。方法鼠情监测采用夹夜法,将鼠肺切片,用免疫荧光法测定病毒抗原。结果长春市家栖鼠类群落由褐家鼠、大林姬鼠、小家鼠、黑线姬鼠、大仓鼠、东方田鼠、布氏田鼠、黑线仓鼠组成,平均鼠密度7.0%,褐家鼠为优势种,且该鼠带病毒率最高。结论褐家鼠是长春城市和农村居民区鼠害防制的重点鼠种,也是HFRS主要宿主动物。

【Abstract】 Objective By analysing the characteristics of transmitting hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) of Rattus in Changchun district to provide scientific basis for controlling HFRS in Changchun. Methods Rat density was investigated by trap-night method and indirect immunofluorescence technique was used to detect the pulmonary viral antigen of the rat. Results The community of the rats in Changchun was composed of 8 species, Rattus norvegicus, Apodemus speciosus, Mus musculus, Apodemus agrarius, Cricetulus triton, Microtus fortis, Microtus fortis and Cricetulus babrabensis. The average density of the rodents was 7.0%, R.norvegicus was the dominant species, and it’s virus carrying rates were the highest in Changchun district. Conclusion R.norvegicus was the dominant species and was the main autoeciousness animals of HFRS, which should be controlled both in the urban areas and in the countryside environment.
