【摘要】 目的研究整合素α3亚单位在喉癌组织中的表达与其生物学行为的关系。方法应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测了50例原发喉鳞状细胞癌组织及50例相应安全缘组织和18例正常喉粘膜组织中整合素α3亚单位的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果整合素α3亚单位在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达明显高于安全缘组织和正常喉粘膜组织,癌组织中,α3亚单位的表达与淋巴结转移有关,而与临床分期、临床分型、性别、年龄无关。结论整合素α3亚单位的高表达变化与喉癌的发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of integrin α₃ subsuit expression and the clinical significance in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods 50 laryngeal carcinoma fresh samples were examined by FCM Method and meanwhile 50 safety limit’ tissues and 18 normal laryngeal mucosa samples were also studied as controls. All data were collected by Excel, statistical analysis was performed by the SPSS 10.0 for windows software. Results The quantitative and qualitative expression of integrin α₃ subsuit in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was remarkably higher than those in safety limit’ tissues and in normal laryngeal mucosa tissues. In laryngeal carcinoma, the quantitative expression of integrin α₃ subsuits in metastasis group was stronger than that in non-metastasis group, but there was no statistical significance between their qualitative expression. The integrin α₃ subsuits expression had no significant correlation with clinical stage, clinical classification, patient’ age and sex. Conclusion The change of integrin α₃ subsuit expression is related to laryngeal carcinoma’ produce and progression. It can be use as symbols which might predict laryngeal carcinoma’ metastasis and prognosis.更多还原
