【摘要】 目的探讨肾小球肾炎患者尿红细胞形态变化及其影响因素.方法应用染色法按Fairley尿红细胞形态分类和Chu尿红细胞形态新的分类计数法,观察30例肾小球肾炎患者尿红细胞形态变化.结果2种方法均证明,肾小球肾炎患者尿红细胞正常形态明显增多,大于70%.结论肾小球肾炎患者尿中红细胞完整漏出和肾小管不能形成渗透梯度有关.红细胞形态大部分为正常,其机制与肾小球毛细血管基底膜裂孔增大有关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the morphologic change and the influential factors of the erythrocytes in urine in patients with glomerulonephritis.Methods Adopted staining method,classified by Fairley morphological classification of the erythrocytes in urine and Chu neu differential count of morphologic of the erythrocytes in urine,observed the morphologic change of the erythrocytes in urine in 30 patients with glomerulonephritis.Results Two methods both proved,the erythrocytes of normal morphologic in urine in patients with glomerulonephritis increased obviously,over 70 percents.Conclusion The erythrocytes leak intactly into urine in patients with glomerulonephritis is concerned with the failure of the renal tubules in coming into osmotic gradient.Most of the erythrocytes are in normal morphologic because the hiatuses of glomerular capillary basement membrane become larger.更多还原
