脱氧核酶在基因治疗上的应用
Application of Deoxyribozyme on Gene Therapy
【摘要】 长期以来,DNA一直被认为是一种被动分子,仅仅适合于携带遗传信息.但通过体外筛选技术得到脱氧核酶后,发现DNA作为具有催化活性的核酸,理论上能够对任意序列的RNA分子进行特异性切割,因此具有潜在的治疗应用价值.
【Abstract】 DNA has been regarded as a passive molecule for a long time,ideally suited for carrying genetic information.It turned out to be a therapeutic potential molecule as a catalytic nucleic acid after deoxyribozyme has been obtained by in vitro selection technique.It is being developed to specifically cleave RNA molecules at any target sequence.
