植物油中的α-亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸的测定

【摘要】 植物油中α-亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸经甲酯化后,用20%DEGS色谱柱分离,气相色谱FID测定,面积归一化法定量。结果表明:该柱对α-亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸的分离效果良好,分离度≥1.5,理论塔板数达3 500以上,并且分析精密度高,α-亚麻酸和γ-亚麻酸的RSD%分别为1.51和0.82。

【Abstract】 α-linolenic acid and γ-linolenic acid in vegetable oil were esterified.α-linolenic acid methyl esters and γ-linolenic methyl esters were separated by 20% DEGS packed column and determined hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID).The results show that the separation effect of α-linolenic acid and γ-linolenic by 20% DEGS is efficient and resolution ≥ 1.5,with the number of theoretical plates up to 3 500.The high precision is indicated by the relative standard deviation(RSD) 1.51% for α-linolenic acid and 0.82% for γlinolenic acid.
