超声波作用下甲醇钠催化废煎炸油合成生物柴油的研究

【摘要】 采用超声酯化技术进行生物柴油的合成,在超声波频率28kHz,屏级电流0.6A,甲醇钠加量0.5%,醇油比9∶1(摩尔比),超声波作用时间40m in时,酯化产率可达95%以上。与传统合成方法相比,该方法可缩短反应时间30~50m in,催化剂加量也比传统方法低1~2倍。

【Abstract】 The bio-diesel-oil was synthesized from waste frying oil by transesterification in the presence of catalyst CH3ONa under low frequency ultrasound irradiation.Over 95% yield can be reached for the waste frying oil reaction system under the following reaction conditions: frequency 28kHz,current of energy transfer 0.6A,dosage of CH3ONa 0.5%,molar ratio of alcohol/oil 9:1,and reaction time with using ultrasounds 40min,.By using ultrasounds,the reaction time is shortened by 30~50 min than that by mechanical stirring and the required dosage of catalyst is 1 or 2 times less.
