【摘要】 在对压缩比、施压速度及压力变化规律、压榨时间、压榨过程的保温、防磨措施、榨料性质调节等关键技术进行深入研究的基础上,研制成功了LYZX系列低温螺旋榨油机。生产试验及推广应用的实践证明:LYZX系列低温螺旋榨油机不仅可用于油菜籽脱皮、低温压榨制油新工艺,适当调整技术参数后,还可广泛应用于其他油料的低温压榨,具有良好的推广应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the researches of some key technologies including pressing rate, pressing speed, rule of pressure variety, pressing time, heat preservation, abrasion prevention and adjustment of the character of oil seeds, the LYZX low temperature screw presser has been successfully developed. Experimental production and further promotion in application have proved that the LYZX can -be used not only in peeling and low temperature pressing of rapeseed, but also in the low temperature pressing of other kinds of oil seeds only with suitable adjustments on some technical parameters.
