【摘要】 目的探讨老年慢性肝病患者鸟嘌呤脱氨酶(GD)和胆碱脂酶(CHE)的变化及临床意义。方法对80例老年慢性肝病患者及100例健康老人血清中GD和CHE活性进行检测。结果老年慢性肝病患者血清中GD活性明显高于正常对照组,且随病情加重而升高更为明显(P<0.01);血清CHE活性明显低于正常对照组,且随病情加重降低更为明显(P<0.01);GD与CHE呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论GD和CHE是反映肝实质细胞受损害及其合成代谢能力下降的敏感指标。联合检测GD、CHE的变化可以反映肝病发展的程度,对了解病情,判定治疗效果及预后有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum guanine deaminase(GD) and cholinesterase(CHE) of aged patients with chronic liver diseases.Methods The serum GD and CHE activities of 80 aged patients with chronic liver diseases and 100 normal cases as control were determined.Results The activities of serum GD and CHE of aged patients with chronic liver diseases were significantly higher and lower respectively than those of control group(P<0.01),and the changes were much obvious with the aggravation of illness.Both of GD and CHE were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusions GD and CHE could be the sensitive markers of reflecting the damage and synthetic metabolism of liver cell.It was important to detect the GD and CHE for judging the degree of chronic liver diseases,therapeutic effect and prognosis.更多还原
