【摘要】 目的测定膀胱癌患者血液和尿液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的含量。方法采用免疫组化ELISA法检测60例膀胱癌患者及30例健康志愿者体液中VEGF的表达。结果膀胱癌组血液和尿液中VEGF含量明显高于对照组(P<0·001和P<0·005)。结论膀胱癌患者VEGF水平增高有可能成为一种新的肿瘤标志物而用于膀胱癌的早期诊断及病情进展的动态监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) contents in blood and urine of patients with bladder cancer.Methods Humoral VEGF expressions of 60 cases of bladder cancer and 30 cases of normal volunteers was examined by ELISA.Results VEGF contents in blood and urine of bladder cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.001 and P<0.005). Conclusions The increased VEGF level of patients with bladder cancer might become a new and dynamic tumor index for early diagnosis and progress of bladder cancer.更多还原
