【摘要】 目的探讨MDM2在消化管癌表达的意义。方法利用免疫组织化学SP法检测MDM2在164例消化管癌和32例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生中的表达。结果慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生组总阳性率(±~+)为46.87%,消化管癌阳性(+)者23.17%,弱阳性者(+)为39.02%。高分化组阳性率高于低分化组;有转移组阳性率高于无转移组;黏液腺癌组阳性率低于鳞状细胞癌和管状腺癌组(均P<0.05)。结论MDM2与肿瘤发生发展、病理类型和临床治疗有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of MDM₂ expression in digestive tube cancer.Methods The expression of MDM₂ in 164 cases of digestive tube cancer and 32 cases of gastritis with atypical hyperplasia were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results The positive rates（±～+） was 46.87% in gastritis with atypical hyperplasia.The positive and weak positive rates were 23.17% and 39.02% respectively in digestive tube cancer.The positive rate in well differentiation group was higher than that in poorly differentiation group;that in lymph node metastasis was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis;that in mucinous adenocarcinomas was lower than that in squamous cell carcinoma and tubular adenoma（all P<0.05）.Conclusions The expression of MDM₂ could be related to oncogenesis,development,pathology type and clinic treatment of digestive tube cancer.更多还原
