【摘要】 目的:观察电针丰隆穴对高脂血症的临床疗效,为腧穴主治提供临床依据。方法:108例高脂血症患者分为2组,电针组55例采用电针丰隆穴治疗,对照组53例口服普伐他汀片治疗,治疗前后检测2组患者血脂的变化。结果:2组各有50例患者完成29 d的临床观察。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较,电针组升高更显著(P<0.05),而总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等治疗前后比较则无显著变化;总有效率,电针组56.0%,对照组52.0%,2组比较差异无显著性意义。结论:电针丰隆穴和口服降脂药物均对高脂血症有较好的调整作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of electroacupuncture at Fenglong point on hyperlipidemia,and provide clinical evidence for main treatment of points.Methods: 108 subjects were randomly divided into electroacupuncture at Fenglong point group(experimental group,n=55) and medicine control group(control group,n=53).Patients in the experimental group were electroacupunctured at bilateral Fenglong points,and those in the control group orally took pravastatin tablets.The changes of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) were examined before and after the treatment.Results: The clinical observations were accomplished on 100 cases,including 50 cases in the electroacupuncture at Fenglong point group and 50 cases in the medicine control group.There were remarkable differences in levels of HDL-C between two groups(P<0.05).There were no remarkable differences in levels of TC,TG and LDL-C between two groups.Total effective rate in the experimental group and control group was 56.0% and 52.0% respectively,with the difference being not significant.Conclusion: The blood lipid in patients of both groups is well regulated.更多还原
