【摘要】 目的:调查和分析糖尿病(DM)患者慢性并发症的发病率,为DM患者的综合防治提供依据。方法:确诊为DM患者1 036例,其中1型DM(T1DM)患者13例,2型(T2DM)1 023例,均分析其病史记录及各项理化指标。结果:1 036例患者慢性并发症发病率为63.3%(656例),其中糖尿病合并高血压、高脂血症及脂肪肝427例(65.1%);合并高血压、糖尿病肾病108例(16.5%);合并高血压、冠心病及高脂血症76例(11.6%);其他疾病45例(6.8%)。高血压、高脂血症及脂肪肝患病率显著高于其他慢性疾病的发生率(P<0.01)。结论:DM患者慢性并发症发病率明显增高,且以高血压、高脂血症为主,早期诊断、早期干预与治疗,可防止或延缓并发症的发生,提高DM患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and analyze the morbidity rate of chronic complications on diabetes mellitus(DM) patients,then provide evidence for integrated control on DM patients.Methods: A total of 1036 DM patients including 13 T1DM cases and 1023 T2DM cases have been analyzed about their medical record and index of laboratory examination.Results: The morbidity rate of chronic complications on 1036 cases was 63.3%,thereinto 76 DM cases((11.6%)) complicated with hypertension,coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia;108 cases(16.5%) with hypertension and nephropathy;427 cases(65.1%) with hypertension,hyperlipemia and fatty liver,and 45 cases((6.8%)) with other diseases.Among all these complications,hypertension,hyperlipemia and fatty liver were the commonest. Conclusion: The morbidity rate of chronic complications on DM patients is increased clearly,and the primary complications are hypertension and hyperlipemia.Early diagnosis,intervention and treatment can avoid and stave these complications,then improve life quality of DM patients.更多还原
